About Us

We measure our own success by seeing our clients take major steps forward in increasing effectiveness and positioning themselves for future success.

Notice, in the projects shared below, we  typically do evaluation research before planning. Here, we feature some of our larger recent projects.

  • Fox Cities L.I.F.E. Study co-sponsored by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, Community Foundation, and United Way.
  • Marathon County, Wisconsin relied on us recently for extensive training in outcome measurement for its department managers and administrators.
  • Brown County Partners in Education evaluated the impact of its Teen Leadership program for federal sponsors and then received five years of renewed funding.
  • The Affordable Housing Institute conducted a needs assessment of housing and homelessness in the Green Bay area. The report is available for download in PDF format.
  • Our organizational research for UW-Green Bay helped prepare them to implement an innovative new student service model.
  • Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin hired us to do an image study to understand its image among two of its key constituent groups: donors and potential donors.
  • The Oneida Nation relies on us to conduct its ongoing Internet survey of youth attitudes, beliefs, and actual risk behavior.
We want clients to be able to say, "We really made things happen while working with you, and it's still going strong." Like receiving funding after using our help with grant writing. Like improving your service by learning from outcomes we helped you measure. Like leading an effective new initiative because of clear planning.
